Thanksgiving is almost here and so is the season of eating! Plan a post meal walk. As soon as you arrive at your Thanksgiving celebration, announce that you plan to take a walk after you eat. Invite friends and family to join you, even if it's only 5 minutes, it will help burn calories, feel less bloated and sleepy and likely put you in the right mindset to turn down that second piece of pumpkin pie.
