Feeling, expressing, and focusing on gratitude has been shown to increase your sense of happiness and well-being. Although the holidays may be stressful, emotional, or challenging in some ways, choosing to focus on gratitude can help keep the spirit of the season alive - and it can help make the holidays even more enjoyable.
For the month of December, Master Stephen Co, a leader in the Pranic Healing community, will be leading a 31 Days of Gratitude Challenge.
The challenge is to participate in as many gratitude meditations as possible. The meditations are all guided by Master Stephen Co and available to you, for free, online. You can choose to do them at set times for a "group" meditation with people around the world, or you can do them on your own at a time that is convenient for you.
Each day is focused on gratitude for specific areas of your life, and will be addressing areas you are currently grateful for, as well as areas that could be improved upon. Every Monday - Gratitude Meditation on Loving Kindness to Oneself. We focus on self forgiveness & appreciation. Bonus: We will be guided in disintegrating negative self talk and generating kind words and thoughts to oneself.
Every Tuesday - Gratitude Meditation on Good Health. We will send healing energies to those who need physical healing. Bonus: We will be guided in physical healing for ourselves too.
Every Wednesday - Gratitude Meditation for our Spiritual Teachers/Mentors. We will be guided in showing our gratitude for their help and guidance through sharing the light with others. Bonus: Meditation on the Teacher
Every Thursday - Gratitude Meditation on Success & Prosperity. We will focus on the blessings we have received, cover ways to pay it forward and bless those who need financial healing. Bonus: We will be guided in prosperity healing for ourselves too.
Every Friday - Gratitude Meditation on our Relationships with friends & family. We will send kind thoughts, words & actions to those we are grateful for and to those relationships that need some healing energies. Bonus: We will be guided in relationship healing for ourselves too.
Every Saturday - Gratitude Meditation on Life’s Lessons. Practice seeing the good in every lesson, even the tough ones! Understand the Karmic Lessons and learn to fix the mistakes & move on! Bonus: We will be guided in Inner Reflection & Firm Resolution.
Every Sunday - Gratitude Meditation on God. Learn to see the divinity in everyone and everything. Practice Oneness to a high degree and increase your spiritual thirst for the Divine!
