Learn about the Ayurvedic perspective on healthy weight, and the major role that a weak or imbalanced digestive system plays in managing weight. You can achieve and maintain a healthy weight by putting these ancient, time-tested principles into practice.
- January 26th - Ayurveda for Emotional Well-Being
Learn how our modern culture sets us up for emotional imbalance, and how the common-sense principles of Ayurveda can help you cultivate a calmer mind and peaceful well-being.
- February 2nd - Establishing a Healthy Daily & Seasonal Routine with Ayurveda
The Ayurvedic principle of “dinacharya”, or “daily routine” provides the foundation of healthy living, along with “rutucharya”, or “seasonal routine”. Learn how you can cooperate with the rhythms of nature and your own unique constitution to create a daily routine for yourself that provides the foundation of your wellbeing.
- February 9th - Ayurveda for Graceful Aging
Ayurveda is the science of longevity. Our bodies won’t last forever, but we can live long, healthy, vital lives, relatively free from many of the typical difficulties of aging, by following Ayurvedic principles.
