 A licensed massage therapist for 14 years. She graduated from Cascade Institute of Massage and Body Therapies in Eugene in 1995 and continued her studies at Heartwood Institute in Garberville, CA. She has also spent some time practicing massage on Maui.
Jess specializes in Deep Tissue integrated into a deep Swedish massage. She is also trained in Lomi Lomi Hot Stone massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Reiki. She finds that combining deep, focused work with longer, flowing massage strokes not only melts one’s pain and tension away, but also leaves one with a sense of well-being and deep relaxation.
