What is EFT?
EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says... "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."
And because our physical pains and diseases are so obviously connected with our emotions the following statement has also proven to be true... "Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases."
This common sense approach draws its power from (1) time-honored Eastern discoveries that have been around for over 5,000 years and (2) Albert Einstein, who told us back in the 1920's that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy. These ideas have been largely ignored by Western Healing Practices and that is why EFT often works where nothing else will. As you will clearly see, conventional healing methods have overlooked the obvious.
You can use it for just about everything. That is one of the most astonishing things about it. You use the same basic procedure for your fear of public speaking as you do for improving your golf score. You can also use it for everything from the common cold to cancer. Further, we have had success with nearly every emotional issue on the books...including fear, trauma, depression, grief and schizophrenia. That is why you can consider it the missing link in your pursuit of health and happiness. Once you truly recognize the Universal nature of EFT you will eagerly join our growing throng of enthusiasts. There is nothing like it, anywhere.

Mental Field Therapy (MFT)
Mental Field Therapy was developed by Dietrich Klinghardt, M.D., Ph.D. It is a combination of the works of Scott Walker DC's NET, Gary Craig's EFT, acupuncture and other emotional release techniques. In MFT, psychological traumas that are preventing a patients physical health are explored, and gently released through a series of specific tapping points and healing statements made by the patient. It is an elegant and effective means of helping people clear emotional issues.
The sequence of nine points, when tapped, influences all of the 14 major meridian lines. It is an easy way to help the body deal with stressful situations (like exposure to allergens, or emotional stress), help with the uptake of nutrients, and do a general clearing of the energy field of the body. The points should be tapped using both hands and all 10 fingers, as there are important meridians on the finger tips. The points can be tapped 9 times, in a gentle waltz rhythm. Tapping should be solid, not too soft or too hard. Humming while tapping the points helps add the healing effect. 1. Top of the head 2. Eyebrows 3. Temples 4. Back of the head 5. Cheeks 6. Top lip 7.
